There were dark (as in, not semitic, but no-shit melanin-heavy dark(!) ) pharaohs, but they only existed during the 25th Dynasty, when a Nubian king took over during an Egyptian civil war. The dynasty lasted roughly 100 years (which is damned brief considering Egypt's 4000-year-or-so lifespan):
