both of my folks ended up in "pullups" before their ultimate demise (RIP mum and dad) - fit is extremely important. the leaking is really bad if you don't get the right fit. my mum had dementia (not alzeimers) - not really good days at all, only downhill a bit each day. I would say Biden's apparent (to me) weight loss is an issue - they don't eat much after a point, eventually nothing. Based on how Joe seemed in the spring at the Dem debates, compared to how he seems now? Things are moving rapidly with his dementia.
I noticed the weight loss too and knew he was in a bad way. My gram had the dementia too and I remember her just losing interest in food or forgetting to eat. That plus the incontinence then comes the loss of motor control. If joe wins, they will have to replace him by February.
My MIL passed in late July. Had dementia. 3 years in assisted living, with the last one being a reeeealllll fast decline in mental acuity. Then a final 3 months in a nursing home. Fucking sad. And I see in Joe what i saw in her.

You see the video where he recognizes Jill in the middle of a stammering answer and bizarrely introduces her and tells the crowd he's her husband?
First time I felt bad for the guy.
I snapped out of it, as I save my pity for humans, but my point stands.
