To us, that's why I call it pandering. I doubt even 10% of democrats know the name Seth Rich. Honestly doubt more than 10% of Republicans do.

People working on campaigns will know him. Of course they must be aware of what is going on and what topics are pushed by the opponent's campaign and supporters. Especially when pedes were commenting a lot abouth him as replies to messages posted by Dems. So pretty much everybody involved with the social media messaging in the campaign would know all about it. I'm pretty sure almost everybody in the DNC campaign staff knows about QAnon as well, whereas most Americans won't know anything about it. They have to stay in the loop, they have to monitor, and they have to react.

And Bernie bros, quite a substantial amount of them was almost at war with the DNC after Hillary "stole the nomination". It's not unreasonable to expect a lot of them have been using Seth Rich as another attack angle back then.

Even Donna Brazil was running scared after the double tap on Rich. Stopped the email leaks, didn't it.
