As someone else said, they'll put a catheter in him before they'll let him piss himself. What we'll more than likely see at the debates are the effects of medication slowly wearing off. I expect by the end of the debates sleepy Joe will be slurring, mumbling, fumbling over his words and I wouldn't be surprised if Trump calls him out for it.
