I once tried to reason with a guy who was droning on about Orange Man Bad, saying "So the governors and mayors have no responsibility whatsoever?" He just kept droning. It was like talking to a wall. I learned that day he had TDS...shortly after I learned he had full blown TDS and I stopped talking to him.

Also, did those people not have a hose ready? Heck, the first time I used my charcoal grill I had a hose right next to me ready to spray at a moment's notice just in case. When I was young my Dad sprayed the yard with water before lighting fireworks on Independence Day, and had the hose on standby then as well.
