It really is. So is Maui but like 20x the price for land, so here I am.
Most of Maui I'm not crazy about, but I lived in Haiku-Pauwela for a year and really loved it there. I miss Ho'okipa and Baldwin beach, and overall the beaches on Maui are just better imo.
