The thing about Nixon is i think he got compromised, but ive only read one book about it: "None Dare Call it Conspiracy," and it talks about how the left and right are virtually indistinguishable, and how, iirc, herbert humphreys' platform was pretty much done during Nixons' term in office. The author is Gary Allen, and hes pretty libertarian, and this book was made in the 70s. It also references "Tragedy and Hope" by professor quigly, and i want you to read Allens book to see what quigly said.

There is also a great book called "None Dare Call it Treason" written in the early sixties by John A. Stormer. It's about communist- socialist conspiracy to enslave America. Great read.

About 25 years ago an officer told me this was the case, but, I was to naive to think it accurate. I do now.

Roger Stone's book on the JFK assassination touches on Watergate and how it was a set up.
