Democrats and the deep state swamp do not give a shit for the American People. What was stated about wars is a fact. The only way that the so called Top Brass ( majors, colonels , lt colonels one star and up rejects. Only By sacrificing your Sons and Daughters on the front line can they advance their rank.

SO MR PRESIDENT. WITH DRAW ALL OUR TROOPS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD. BRING THEM HOME WHERE THEY CAN BE SAFE. AND CAN BE WITH THEIR FAMILIES.

No more allowing these monsters to start wars unless their families are on the front lines also. If they do not. Have family members old enough to serve than they can not have a say in going to war.

With you on Dems and the deep state, but nobody, ANYWHERE, considers "majors, and lt colonels" "top brass," and most colonels and even most 1-stars are arguably not political. You're also wrong about "only by sacrificing your sons and daughters on the frontline" being the only way they can advance. Actually leading combat forces is a plus, but not sending them anywhere. There are types of assignments (aide de camp, legislative liaison, etc) which are the hallmarks of political advancement (you know the people going into those jobs are "going places). You have to understand that promotion/advancement within the military is largely dictated by military personnel up to the rank of ~1-star. At 2-star and above, it becomes very, very political (much more about who you know, whether you're in favor w/political elites, etc).

Also, "withdraw all our troops" is a bad idea; forward forces put is in a position to monitor, shape, and react quickly. That doesn't mean we want or have to involve ourselves in foreign entanglements, though there are always people like Bolton who love every conflict they see (from a distance). Trust me: there are a LOT of very good, faithful officers in the military; they love their country and their troops.

I agree with some of what you say and agree that there are a lot of men who love their troops and America. I served 48 49 years ago and we actually were treated okay by our commanders with us but we got real tired of knowing what we took today went back. To them a week later. Because of assholes who were no where close to us. Just so you know i was told i did not do well with authority but then again i was 1 of the few with common sense and understood that for every action there was an equal and opisite reaction. I sort of learned that the hard way by deciding to beat my brothers ass and getting mine beat later by my father. So you always needed a plan a plan b and sometimes come up with a plan c on the fly.

Yep, my dad made sergeant three times at the end of WWII. He made sure I had what he didn't: the influence of a father; and that made all the difference. From a distance, it can be difficult to distinguish the nonsense injected by politicians from bad commanders, but we can begin by acknowledging that any general/flag officer that's been feted by the Atlantic Council, or Brookings, or the useless wonks at FP, etc, are tainted.
