I’m no lawyer, but doesnt this just sign seal and deliver kyles malicious prosecution case against the AG?

kyle is on video defending himself from a felon chasing him down with an illegal handgun, no charges in the open and shut case of attempted murder/felon in possession; yes charges in the open and shut self defense.
