HRC will never be punished for any actual crimes that she committed. If you've been paying attention it should be clear to everyone by now that we have an unwritten rule in this country that former presidents, vice presidents and those who run for president or vice president can never be prosecuted for any crimes. It stinks. But here we are and this is it.
Pelosi would be the most difficult to get an indictment on. For almost anything bad that she ever did she would undoubtedly hide behind her legislative position and argue that everything she decided was a political action and therefore not subject to prosecution even if it turned out to be illegal and/or stupid in hindsight.
Even campaign finance violations need to be extremely egregious before the FBI would look into it. More often than not the unwritten rule is to resolve it like they did with Bob Menendez -- don't run again and we'll forget the whole thing. Menendez was more crooked than a dog's hind leg.
