I thought he said he would vote for trump?

totallymad4u 9 points ago +9 / -0

He is.

MuslimMAGA 7 points ago +7 / -0

So that means he’s over the fence and there’s no going back now.

Yep. Check his recent videos. Tim is voting R across the board because even he feels the Left has gone absolutely insane. Not to mention, he sees the hypocrisy from the Left on a daily basis.

He did say he'd put on a MAGA beanie if Trump pulls out troops from Afghanistan. Trump started pulling more troops again recently so it's just a matter of time before he does even that.

Tim even owns multiple guns now and buys as much as ammo as he can. It is amazing, because a few months ago, he was for gun control measures. Then the riots started, Steven Crowder got him a gun, and then Tim has been steadily acquiring more and more guns.

He's got off the fence reluctantly.

featherwinglove 5 points ago +5 / -0

More like he got blown off the fence by the nuclear-propelled bullshit tsunami coming from the left.

The fence got burn't down by the left

Yes and no.

He's over the fence for voting for Trump. Still sits on the fence for other issues.

His main reason for voting for Trump is to end pointless wars and remove troops from the middle east and other places. Which is a solid place to stand, however he's done plenty to still deserve his vote. He just stood for as long as he could until he finally caved. (For good reasons, but there's plenty of others to stand behind too, such as First Step Act, Historical funding for HBCUs, Opportunity Zones, and reducing drug prices.)

he's a businessman. he knows the banhammer comes with Pro Trump Endorsements.

2
Hempbeard [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

He did! Took him a while to say it publically. Doesn't mean he still doesn't fence sit or try to pander to the left during his videos or live stream.

AntiDefecationLeague 2 points ago +2 / -0

He says it literally every episode now. OP is a fag.

Actual leftists are not listening to Tim Pool's show, I guarantee.

Not disagreeing with anyone's preference.

He's definitely still left-leaning in a number of areas, despite swallowing a lot of red pills. What you must understand is the Democrats and establishment are so corrupt, that you end up with a lot of people including Libertarians on the Trump train, because pretty much all of the other options are sellouts or treasonous.

In times where one side starts to fund and support domestic terror the side that opposes it tends to get support from all backgrounds and beliefs just so they don't get destroyed themselves, it Could become a huge mistake for the savior from evil to take that support as liking all his ideas and a lot of people tend to abandon there actual beliefs just out of gratitude, it's refreshing to hear honest criticism while still supporting the man

Hempbeard [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes. I agree. That's the main reason why I do like the guy. Do not get it twisted. I love Tim Pool and watch a lot of his videos. Mainly because he gives me a liberal perspective while being overly critical. So for that, I will always appreciate and be thankful for his contributions. However, I personally will still be critical of the person I watch and listen to. Nobody should be put on a pedestal.

i felt that on one of his last videos he started off on fire like he had been for a while now and then he pulled back a little i was thinking hmmm. this is the old tim pool, who knows. he's been refreshing for the past 3-4 months so ill give him the benefit of the doubt unless he reverts to his old fence sitting.

Exactly, I've been watching him since back in May. So it's been an interesting transition to witness.

I feel it's only because he pays more attention to left-leaning news sources. If he paid attention to different ones, he would have WAY more stuff to talk about. Such as human trafficking and all of the children that have been rescued. I don't recall him touching on that subject AT ALL!

1
bit0101 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don't think he can even talk about that on youtube.

He says he'll vote for President Trump but always says he doesn't like his character meaning he isn't "presidential". Which tbh true maga community likes Trumps character lol..cuz he's not a politician he's a NY business man

He was skyrocketing before saying he is voting for Trump. Let's be real.

However, now that he openly said it, he knows that plenty more are on his side. He still puts of this facade of being a "liberal" to maintain his base. He wants to defend the term "liberal" as much as he can, whereas he should abandon it. In my opinion.

True, that would be detrimental to his platform.

0
AntiDefecationLeague 0 points ago +1 / -1

How is it a facade?

1
Hempbeard [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

He quickly changed his stance on the second amendment the moment the riots started and when Crowder bought him an M400 Tread.

It's easy to say you're a liberal, hard to stay true to that in practice though.

Don't be daft.

Tim's branded himself along in the field where Democrats used to be to show how batshit insane they are today. That's the brand. Alone. Middle of the field drawing fire. Without that support of a larger network.

That's more exposed. Expands reach into corners otherwise closed off.

Long term picture is he's putting effort into bias free straight journalism. Idealistic in that regard. Appreciation for trying to improve news products available in a decimated market. Has to preserve image of being able to step away from team branded news for those projects to work.

Hempbeard [S] 0 points ago +1 / -1

He still has his biases for the left. If he didn't he would be covering way more topics and would be using other sources than Daily Mail and similar sources. He even admits his main source checker News Guard is left-leaning.

So for you, I say, don't be daft.

1
bit0101 1 point ago +1 / -0

He also lurks here. He's named us as a source and is firmly off the fence voting for Trump.

0
readyIgnite 0 points ago +2 / -2

Yes. Tim's a case study of the walk away liberal type.

When arguing against the illiberal left they will not debate. Discard anything said out of hand if a source is used that can be construed by ADL or SPLC as hateful or conspiracy nonsense.

That paints the strategy of using left leaning and verified sources. Root stories there and a cancel brigade from activist groups have less ammo to shut down your account.

Chess. This move leads to opponents counter-move. The direct path often leads to loss of key resources. The indirect path, far better returns.

Tim pool is a bald faggot . All he does is parrot back other people's work
