Appears the battle isn’t over yet. The dad only has custody till November, before the case presumes again. I feel awful for this little girl and her brothers.
I worked for CPS. The case is bullshit, needs to be investigated big time. Kids are not forced to go to visits, EVER. Well. To be fair I live in California. Maybe laws are different.
