I wouldn't go that far. Trump himself wants to see the NFL play, without coronavirus restrictions or kneeling. A good precedent to set would be for the commissioners to require players to refrain from taking part in any politically-motivated activity or publicly expressing a political stance. That's what the military has done for decades. National sports, just like the military, should be apolitical.
