Ok, that's straight-up Treason! Pitting action against the sitting President. There are people who want President Trump DEAD, are these people included in this "Collective Action" initiative. Arrest this man TODAY!

Sounds like sedition, General. Be careful.

I wouldn't be surprised to learn the entire alphabet of military/security agencies were involved in the coup attempt.

Mattis was a living legend until he took off the camo and put on the suit. Then he became just another war monger dragging ass in fights we could've been done with long ago. Thanks for your service Gen. but, you can piss off now.

He needs to be arrested.

Treason and Sedition is a big deal. Much bigger than lying to Congress or the FBI (arrests are made quickly for those trivial infractions).

I'm proud to say that I always thought Mattis was a cunt.

Yeah, MacArthur had a similar problem with Truman

For what it's worth, Eisenhower had a take on MacArthur that sounds like some peoples' criticism of Mattis.

The dogs of war are not tame, and sometimes, a true leader must contain them.

The great advantage of our system (as opposed, for example by the Chinese or the Soviets) is that our President can relieve a competent general whose task is done, without having to kill him. It would be wasteful and dishonorable to kill such a man, and I am glad we have a Republic.
