When pressed on whether there will be further criminal charges, Barr replied, “I wouldn't say that at all, no," adding, “there could be.”

The 'unlikely' in Herridge's quote of Williams makes all the difference. Looks like the Examiner writer botched the job - 'pressed on whether' lost that clarity.

Based on the way I've heard Barr speak in the past, I get much hope from his quote in Herridge's summary. I'd call it a strong hint to expect more.

But instead we'll just get more obnoxious bag pipe "music."
