Brand new iPhone, 11max or whatever. For some reason win gets knocked off my favorites list, prompting me to have to fully type it back in and re-favorite it again. This happens every 2 weeks or so. Dafaq?

One thing is weird, it doesn’t seem to be in safari when I just bang in from the desktop. You can navigate through win no problem, but not open any other tabs or even have a navigation bar.
I noticed that, too, but it didn’t bother me. Not sure if that’s by-design for all "add to home screen" saves
