I work for a large Fortune 500 that has bi-weekly town hall conferences, and let me tell you, it flies out side of university. I am part Hispanic and it drives me nuts..

File a complaint calling it offensive

Some white lady in HR will remind them why it’s not offensive and that they should be offended at the gendered version of the term instead.

Just cause some high up HR retards are using the word doesn't mean people actually like it. You are hispanic and you don't like it... nuff said. You are the norm, from all I've seen.

It just sounds so gay to see all these professionals using a made up word.

File a complaint that they are discriminating against your native language.

Pew research recently published extensive survey data showing just how out of touch the latinx phrase is. Observed corporate HR start using it in communications and shared in confidence the survey data with one of their team members. They're not using it in communication anymore.

The link can be useful data driven argument for chemotherapy, dependent on how far the cancer has spread in the organization.

Your HR is wrong. LatinX was invented by americans. It's not a real word in Spanish. The Royal Spanish Academy(i.e the global regulator of the Spanish language and the basis of what Spanish speakers are taught in school), rejected the use of latinx. It is not a word. It's a degenerate liberal made up word. https://www.clarin.com/sociedad/todes-real-academia-espanola-puso-freno-lenguaje-inclusivo_0_Z7Xon96OQ.html
