It's Latino and Latina merged into a single word , and then sprinkled with all the other 62 genders.

Yeah, it was meant to be "inclusive" to Latinos who don't "identify" as male or female, but rather as "non binary". The way I liked seeing Latino and Latina merged was around briefly (2005-2008ish) : [email protected] I wish that had caught on, if we must have a merger word.
