My take on HBO's WestWorld: The first season was mind-blowing good. If you liked the original movie, and like science fiction in general, don't miss it.
Second season: Okay, but not as good as the first.
Third season: DNF. They left the park and went out into the real world. It was like a different show.
But that first season is really worth it! I don't remember any overt politics in it.
First season was amazing. I had to watch it several times. 2nd season was still pretty good, not at the level of the first, and was a little harder to figure out what was going on, and the third started great, but ending was kind of a dud.
I am, too. That was powerful. It's incredible how many people out there honestly don't know these riots are happening or how bad they really are.
Only thing better would have been to put the names of the cities on each scene - pretty sure I saw Portland, NYC and Rochester NY, but labels would help
