NASCAR lost an estimated 6.7 Million fans over a garage pull down rope that 13 FBI agents determined was a possible hate crime.

Fuck NASCAR and Bubba Smollet.

240
HashtagOwnage 240 points ago +241 / -1

Didnt the fbi confirm it wasn't a hate crime?

191
TrumpsWall 191 points ago +192 / -1

Yes

153
thisisatestof2 153 points ago +153 / -0

I’m almost certain the figure out it wasn’t a hate crime after a about 10 minutes after seeing the exact rope on every other door but had to pretend they actually spent a few days investigating.

142
trump2036 142 points ago +142 / -0 (edited)

They first had to spend 14.8 million dollars on hookers and cocaine to come to that conclusion.

55
PeoplePerson 55 points ago +55 / -0

Fairly cheap for them.

41
Nameless_Mofo 41 points ago +41 / -0

IKR, that's only about $1M worth per FBI agent. What a fucking bargain!

25
RocknnRobin 25 points ago +25 / -0

They get a pass for hookers and blow.

At least it wasn’t specially flown in pizza and hotdogs.

6
kuningus 6 points ago +6 / -0

If the FBI arrests anyone for hookers or blow, they don't get a pass.

20
Canuck4Trump2020 20 points ago +20 / -0

The fact the FBI took more than 2 agents and 10 minutes tells you how far they have fallen and one of many reasons taxes are so high.

10
RabidZoo 10 points ago +10 / -0

The fact that the FBI was involved in a coup attempt on our president tells you how far they've fallen. Heads need to roll...

snoopy3210 14 points ago +14 / -0

There's always a mini investigation into the legitimacy of a claim before opening the actual investigation. I understand that I_LUV_WINNING complains about the fact that they determinated the necessity to investigate a garage rope.

BUT PERSONALLY, I'm happy they did investigate it and quickly debunked it for the public, I'm only saddened they didn't charge Bubba of abusing the FBI's ressources for his hallucinations.

3
the-new-style 3 points ago +4 / -1

Iirc Bubba didn't even see it, it was one of his crew and he was just shown the photo. I'm guessing it was Nascar that put the plan into action. Bubba is just the willing accomplice.

12
BirthHole 12 points ago +12 / -0

the FBI let the narrative float in the media for days. The FBI didnt come in to investigate, they came in to see if they could control the issue and spin it as a hate crime. After a few days gathering information, they determined that there was too much evidence (lots of prior videos of those door pullers from races before) publicly available for them to control and therefore ended their covert false-flag attempt with an overt admission of the truth and moved on.

7
Spicy_maymay 7 points ago +7 / -0

FBI looked at the nearby security cameras and it showed the rope was in that garage door for longer than a year.

85
Trumpfan1 85 points ago +86 / -1

Only 6.7 million? I’d have guessed more. The King’s legacy is tarnished IMO by having Bubba Smollet as a driver. He’d have been too afraid to fire him for sucking. This way a terrible driver is gone and Petty is probably (secretly) glad. Nevertheless, IT WILL NOW ALWAYS BE NOOSECAR TO ME. I was once a fan. No more. They can all go to hell.

35

Cale Yarborough was better anyway.

12

The Allison clan kicked his ass on the track and in the infield. 🤣

Remember the first televised Daytona? ‘79 I think. Donnie lost because of Cale. But man. What a tv debut!! NASCAR owes them all!

Same for many professional sports. They could have had historic ratings this year as people would have turned to them to escape from divisive politics and unnecessary lockdowns for even a few hours....but no, they chose to do among the worst possible things short of dissolving their leagues outright.

C'mon man. We need you back. I boycotted NASCAR for this entire season, but I'm going to give it one last try next season.

25
HonestBobbin 25 points ago +25 / -0

I am looking at other sports that have not accepted & promoted the BLM/Commie BS.

Granted a big part of me wonders if destroying these institutions is part of destroying America.

The guys I played with & against in Rugby in college were great. The entire rugby family in Utah was one where the sport was more important than rivalries. It brought everyone together through respect. Highland Rugby put that type of respect into our culture, or at least it bled into the other teams.

UFC seems like one to start following as well.

24
Not_The_FBI 24 points ago +24 / -0

UFC is great and so is Dana White.

What a small world. I lived in Utah my entire life before moving to South Carolina for a new job back in October.

8
HonestBobbin 8 points ago +8 / -0

I hope that job is fantastic. I would miss the Rocky Mountains too much. Oddly my Uncle moved out there from NJ years ago when his last child graduated High School, had no interest in the BS local & state politicians were promoting.

Take that Utah work ethic & conservatism everywhere you go & you will do great!

9
Not_The_FBI 9 points ago +9 / -0

I certainly will take both with me. Having lived in Utah for almost 38 years, I just needed something new, and I had to give up snowboarding so I no longer enjoyed the snow. Fortunately I love my job and who I work for. Charleston is a very liberal city but I was able to find a nice conservative woman to ad into my life.

Homopratensis2 13 points ago +13 / -0

Try Sumo. Ultra based and respectful. Fast paced, lots of action, viewer's time isn't wasted. Great character arcs with certain rishikis. It's just great.

6
HonestBobbin 6 points ago +6 / -0

I would love to try that. Are there chapters/clubs all over the US, or is there a good channel to learn & watch this sport?

8
Homopratensis2 8 points ago +8 / -0

YouTube is literally filled with it. Install ublock origin and start watching. There are some videos that cover the basics of rules/strategies/ritual that will get you up to speed. Its pretty simple though. If you can follow baseball or football you can follow Sumo.

Indycar my friend. Starts races with an invocation, no kneeling during the anthem. Not a pride flag in sight.

3
HonestBobbin 3 points ago +3 / -0

I will check it out. One of my dad's old bosses was a pretty good drag racer & it was a great experience. He ended up selling everything (his car included) to pay for a wife's cancer treatments. That was a devastating time.

I can't wait when, after the election is over years from now and things have hopefully returned to "normal", psychiatrists can get together and figure what exactly the fuck happened to all of these people.

Was it all just narrative engineering by partisans that had their hands influencing almost every major institution with shit like this or did large segments of the world's population literally just lose their mind over the social media posts of one man.

Mao, Pol Pot and Idi Amin got better press.

Dio was about as wholesome as they come - he was just having some fun.

19
CisSiberianOrchestra 19 points ago +19 / -0

Have ever seen the documentary Metal: A Headbanger's Journey? It's really great if you're a metal fan or just wanting to know the history of heavy metal. Anyways, they interview Dio in it and he gives the story behind the devil horns hand gesture. Apparently Dio's grandmother was Italian, Catholic, and very superstitious. If somebody gave her the "evil eye", Dio's grandmother believed that the hand gesture would ward off evil spirits. So he started making the hand gesture during live performances and it just caught on.

9
JamesBlomey 9 points ago +9 / -0

His treatment of Gene Simmons was humorous. 'Thinks he invented everything', LOL.

6
sketchy_at_best 6 points ago +6 / -0

I haven't seen it, but I have heard the story of its origin. I will have to give it a watch though!

I just remember when he passed away, pretty much every single rocker had a really nice story to tell about him. He was one of the few in entertainment who was just as cool in person as he was outwardly. I was actually supposed to see him at a festival but he died a few weeks before.

RIP Ronnie

I assumed as much,

51
YOLOSwag_McFartnut 51 points ago +56 / -5

It's not even remotely true. Bubba has picked up a ton of personal sponsor deals and RPM offered ownership in the team to stay. Without Bubba and his personal sponsor deals RPM has nothing and will likely fold in with RCR with Ty Dillon ending up in the car. Bubba will end up at Hendrick or Ganassi(probably this), a major step up either way.

Fake news is fake news even if it lines up with your views.

15

I find that impossible to believe, RPM would never be offered up, and certainly not to a washed up no-hoper like this twat.

Most drivers get 3-5 years to prove themselves in the top level of NASCAR before getting the boot. Bubba drove for 4 years, with only 9 top ten in 103 races.

I fully believe Bubba saw the writing on the wall and tried to use noosegate as way to stick around.

blackdudeinresidence 101 points ago +101 / -0 (edited)

I have something I call the Terrell Owens effect. It states that you can do pretty much anything, no matter how childish, unnecessary, or obscene, as long as you produce. He was a massive showboat and sh*t-talker, BUT he produced, so no one did anything about it.

Bubba, on the other hand...well, see post above.

27
YouKnowWhatItIs87 27 points ago +27 / -0

You’ve reminded me that Chad Ochocinco (Johnson) was once a receiver for my team, the NE Patriots for a year. He stfu and produced nothing that year so maybe your theory carries water. Will I be watching for the next T.O. or #85 this year? Not a chance in hell.

19
TennesseePride 19 points ago +19 / -0

TO is a top 3 WR ever in my book. Dude could have did everything but shit on America and I would have had his drama llama ass on my team. And you know what? I don't recall him ever shitting on America.

17
TrumpsFavorite 17 points ago +17 / -0

He had 25M reasons to love America

8
lurkwellmyfriends 8 points ago +8 / -0

I don't know and this is just a guess, but he seems exactly like the kinda guy that knows he couldn't pull his shit anywhere else but in America, where he got paid millions to catch a football.

Sometimes people are put off by showboating personalities, but a lot of times those guys know exactly what they have, are thankful, and are putting on a show for the money. This is a guy that seemed to have genuinely cried while sticking up for his quarterback ... or maybe that was just an act.

Everyone's mileage varies though, for sure.

4
grapeape67 4 points ago +4 / -0

Agreed. T.O. was one of the few people who talked shit about his teammates, but could still back it up with actions. He was telling people, accurately, that they weren't using him enough, and that it was costing them wins.

I don't agree with him talking about them in public, but the man had talent.

The flip side was someone like Mike Vanderjagt. Talked shit about Tony Dungy, Peyton Manning, then ended up costing the Colts a playoff win by shanking an easy FG.

9
_-Th0r-_ 9 points ago +9 / -0

I just read that Bubba negotiated sponsorships that were tied to him personally, not to his team, so he can walk and they’re left still with a bad sponsorship position.

He isn’t quitting racing, he’s testing the water for more woke sponsors and a new team.

The only thing that's gonna be high is his position on the starting grid.

Not like he makes it to the finish line anyway.

I guess he figured that the more he revealed himself to be a shitty driver, the more it makes his little rope drama just a publicity stunt to get more money and "fame".

Fuck'em. Fuck'em all.

If you go back running to them just because this cunt left go join a BLM riot while you are at it. NASCAR signed off on this shit knowing what the fuck it was actually about.

Turn off all sports.

Well that support NASCAR threw for BLM didn't blow up in their face at all. I'm sure they won't do something stupid like double-down (they will).

Consistently 38th out of 38th finisher.

He made the right call.

Should be immediately!

OozingMachismo 4 points ago +4 / -0

The preemptive resignation. The sign of a true narcissist. He wants to be fawned over and headlines on his way out.

Petty knows more about NASCAR than NACSAR know about itself. I'm sure he though giving Wallace a shot was a good idea, decent driver as well as an oddity. Bottom line, Petty is about racing, winning, and making a dollar in that order. Bubba ended being about something else.

TrumpPosse 3 points ago +3 / -0

In all honesty Petty Enterprises hasn't known much about winning since the 80s though they've had their moments.

1
Rugar22 1 point ago +1 / -0

RPM is a totally different team. Petty Enterprises shut down at the end of 2008.

Good catch. I was unaware of his market potential. Wallace does have the potential to bring in companies interested in virtue signaling to the public in hopes of greater profits meaning more money for the team. I have a rather old school view of organized Motorsports as a platform for manufacturers to advance their technology and drivers to exhibit their talent. I've lost interest in watching high-dollar soap operas and socio-political displays masquerading as competitive driving.

Imagine being a loser, get noticed by Antifa because you are black, ride the outrage wave for a week until the next loser comes along, Get dropped like a hot potato. End of story you are still a loser.

OutcastSeal 4 points ago +4 / -0

How much you wanna bet a NASCAR game comes out with Bubba having the top specs far above the others? lmao

4
LibertyisYuge 4 points ago +4 / -0

He leaves Petty... Hanging.

Zadok 2 points ago +2 / -0

LOL...

4
nettripper 4 points ago +4 / -0

Lol this loser is going to go the crapernick route and earn money being a supporter to some dumb thing

Rickyisms_R_Us 4 points ago +4 / -0

I never saw him as a black driver. I saw him as a mediocre driver not living up to the Wallace namesake. But they had to make it about race and that’s all you see now.

3
Licensetomeme 3 points ago +3 / -0

They could replace him with Stevie Wonder and nobody would be able to see a difference....

2
Zadok 2 points ago +2 / -0

No pun intended, I'm sure.

1
Licensetomeme 1 point ago +1 / -0

You didn't see what I did there?

1
Zadok 1 point ago +1 / -0

Oh yes I SAW what you did.

1
Licensetomeme 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ahh okay. Eye got you.

1
Zadok 1 point ago +1 / -0

Eye am glad. I was not blind to your pun. I see others may have missed because young ones didn't know that Stevie Wonder was blind. They just didn't get the feel of your post.

Can't see a downside to this.

Larson is an unreal talent. That team was trash. You put him on one of the big teams and he’d be a contender every year for the next decade, if the new car is actually hard to drive that is. Once they throttled back the cars Larson kind of fell off.

3
Rugar22 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thankfully, Larson will be picked up by Tony Stewart soon.

Ganassi pretty much said no is what I heard.

BUBBA WALLACE BURNED NASCAR TO THE GROUND!

3
Bigly2020 3 points ago +3 / -0

Translation: I've gotten more attention for being blackish and hoaxing and I always sucked as a driver. Thanks white bitches....

3
OkieRedPiller 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is not good news. He will sign with a bigger team and that will amplify the wokeness even more. But the sport is dying and won’t be around in 5 years. And he is basically screwing Petty over by leaving for another team.

Fuck Nastycar

3
nomoreprinkles 3 points ago +3 / -0

He's taking his noose and going home

3
booblitchutz 3 points ago +3 / -0

So, he's going to start racing for KFC?
