Besides all the baker's dozen of peculiarities you can look at about the event, a man that looked a lot like him after allegedly leaving service said to a dude filming a random documentary randomly caught a guy that looks like him closing a hatch of a vehicle. He asks benignly "hey what's your name what do you do here" and he said "oh me? I'm just a parts clerk" then proceeded to shy away.

I mean I'm not saying it's true, but it's not like the CIA and FBI haven't done crazier stuff. I agree that there needs to be more evidence in this case to say it as if it's a for sure thing

Exactly. W/o ironclad evidence, I'm very skeptical. For one, anyone cunning enough to pull something like that off will be cunning enough to sow disinformation to throw opponents off their trail & discredit their critics.
