That's because we have a fraud running the DOJ. Barr spends more time on TV talk shows than doing anything even remotely resembling the administration of justice. I'm sick of that guy, I wish he would just fuck off and Trump would put Rudy in his position.

Senate had better confirm him too or they will get voted the fuck out this November!

So many Trump fans believe that Trump can act on his own and appoint a reformer like Grenell and the never-Trump cunts in the senate (including power-turtle chinless Mitch) are going to just confirm someone who will break up their club ... it's complete ignorance of how power is dealt/traded/wielded in DC.

3
nonentity70 3 points ago +3 / -0

Trump can not get anyone that would actually do something, the senate will not approve them. That is the trick. They do not put in an AG that will actually go after the club. Anyone that gets that position while the senate is completely compromised is on their team, not Trump's. That is why no one in power ever pays for a damn thing and Clinton can smash all the subpoenaed phones she wants and Weissman can attempt to overthrow the POTUS because there are a shit ton of repubs who want Trump gone as well. McConnel and Graham are 2 of the biggest traitors sitting up there.

So. They have a job and access to the data. If they don't serve it up then people in the NSA are complicit.

33
Modus_Pwninz 33 points ago +35 / -2

They are complicit. They know some of us know they are.

They do not care because these people only care about consequences and there will be none.

Everyday that grows as a better and better prospect worth looking into.

Frankly thank god for trump or we would have probably been through it by now. Many would have made it many not. With trump its given a lot of people the chance to wake up. Can only hope.

-3
DNC_Ballot_QATeam -3 points ago +3 / -6

Then why share the information? We knew it happened long ago. Trump has been calm about the election. He ain't worried about mail in voter fraud or he would make it a front and center issue.

9
Modus_Pwninz 9 points ago +11 / -2

...He has been calling out mail in voting and the subsequent fraud for the past several months, fren.

He can't do anything about it because election rules are state-by-state, not federal. They can do whatever they want apparently, and completely on the fly.

0
DNC_Ballot_QATeam 0 points ago +3 / -3

He brings attention to it but he hasn't taken steps or negotiated with Senate. He is bringing attention to it. Because who is blaming him for USPS.

4

2
DNC_Ballot_QATeam 2 points ago +4 / -2

We don't know anything yet. We don't know if NSA has been transparent. Everything is speculation regarding NSA. HOWEVER who notified Trump of his tower and white house being bugged? Who told him he was being spied on? NSA admiral Rodgers. NSA and CIA are not friendly to each other at higher levels.

5
AlohaSnackbar 5 points ago +6 / -1

NSA and CIA are not friendly to each other at higher levels.

Only because they're fighting over who gets to run the cabal to take over the world. Other than that, I've seen little evidence that either agency is doing anything different.

5
N7fury 5 points ago +5 / -0

I'm afraid you are probably right. Mueller's team of corrupt shit bags along with Obama and his DOJ, FBI, and CIA dogs should all hang for treason. As of right now, we have a measly FBI lawyer plea deal filed as information and not an indictment waiving their right to grand jury. The funny thing is that lawyer pleading guilty to altering evidence of Carter Page casts a huge black cloud over Mueller's entire probe. Barr doesn't want to get political and fuck boy Graham just wants to make sure it never happens again. I tell you one good way to make sure it doesn't happen again is to prosecute these treasonous fucks to the fullest extent of the law

I've been in the tech sector over 20 years. There is no "accidentally" wiping a phone. Anyone that buys that is either mentally deficient or willfully assisting.

6
Tellsyouhow 6 points ago +6 / -0

One of the first things they would have done was take a copy of each phone they were examining.

1
HeavyVetting 1 point ago +2 / -1

Actually it appears that one of the first things they do with evidence is to destroy it, at least in investigations like this.

2
deleted 2 points ago +3 / -1
2
RedTie45 2 points ago +2 / -0

The default for forensics is to make a copy first thing. That’s how they get into phones when they want. Make two copies. Try 10 tries or whatever, when that fails, the good copy duplicates, and the cycle continues until it’s unlocked. There are more effective ways, but that’s a brute force method.

They can backdoor a specific phone if they want to. But they can't backdoor all phones without someone noticing and figuring out the exploit. So when people use end to end encryption like Signal for text messaging, then no one has a record unless they specifically picked out a device to monitor and can watch what its doing prior to the encryption taking place (i.e; view what the screen is doing rather than trying to break the encryption itself)

4

Yes but Bill Binney in his AMA said the NSA is not about routing out criminality and criminals and crimes, although they could do so and easily expose such things and work with prosecutors and LE.
They are not about fixing shit and not in the law and order business. So they don’t. And more importantly they WON’T. You know......like the FBI. Cancers do not exist to fix things. They exist to exi$t.

Amen. I wonder how much of the "NSA is the good guys" is a disinformation campaign being run by the NSA. I mean it makes too much sense. It is so easy to replicate the belief. You insert hearsay into forums and social media over and over and then watch as people just begin to regurgitate it for you because they heard it and they saw others agreeing with it. Just because it appears one general did care and would not go along with spying on the president elect, does not mean the whole agency feels the same way. You can look at it like Shawn Hannity and his dumb ass repeating 99% of the rank and file are good guys. I might believe the opposite. It appears going by his logic the 99% of the NSA are corrupt and there is 1 man who moved against them.

0
sun_wolf 0 points ago +1 / -1

The problem is if China is sucking up all worldwide Internet traffic and Russia is doing the same, doesn’t that all but force America to also suck up worldwide Internet traffic? Would we want China to have every American’s texts, phone calls, and emails, and then us having none of it? It just seems to me that puts China at a major advantage. I don’t like the situation either but that is one angle that makes me reconsider. This might be one of those things that can’t be put back in the box. It’s like saying America shouldn’t have nukes. Well, okay. But if Russia and China have them, we don’t really have a choice.

2
DNC_Ballot_QATeam 2 points ago +3 / -1

Not only that, they can recover the texts from those phones in various ways.

2
IAbsolutelyDare 2 points ago +3 / -1

That's what Horowitz did when FBI "lost" a few thousand Strzok/Page texts, and that's why I still think Horowitz is a white hat.

Mueller of course is a fixer, and this is obviously part of his fix.

SPEZ: Apparently this release is from Horowitz too (DOJ OIG), so I'm mildly optimistic.

Btw the cover story is that a dozen members of the Mueller investigation, including our friend Andrew Weissman and others, all forgot their passwords, entered too many password guesses, and that triggered the self-destruct feature of fifteen phones. Totally plausible in 🤡🌎.

1
DNC_Ballot_QATeam 1 point ago +2 / -1

I recall in the hearing with Mueller he was asked about the text being deleted. He said they accidently deleted some 5k texts or something. Are you saying this is not related to that at all?

3
IAbsolutelyDare 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm not sure the content of the phones so I guess it could be related, or else a different bit of shenanigans.

The Strzok/Page thing was 50,000 texts lost by "a technical glitch affecting FBI phones" - aka the desperate bastards deleted them:

https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/370711-justice-department-recovers-missing-fbi-agents-text-messages

SPEZ: Thinking about it I lean toward the double shenanigans theory. Why would Strzok and Page's texts be on a dozen guys phones? The wipers in this case were Weissman, Quarles, Freeny, Andre, Atkinson, and a dozen others. Them plus Strzok and Page makes for one helluva glitch!

3
DNC_Ballot_QATeam 3 points ago +3 / -0

Obstruction of Justice. Destruction of Evidence.

Coup of a duly elected POTUS.

😂😂😂 You know how hard it is to wipe a phone, lmao. They think we’re legit stupid

Tellsyouhow 8 points ago +8 / -0

They don't think we're stupid, they just know they can pull an obvious lie like this and get away with it right under our noses

I know right; especially when phones just wipe themselves!

I can't count the number of times I was at work when my phone just suddenly did a complete wipe of local and remote files and then factory reset itself. Such a chronic problem...

Someone wake me up when we actually see one of these traitors arrested. Until then I ain’t going to believe anything will be done. Seen way too many “omg its happening” moments that resulted in absolutely nothing happening.

Things are happening. What we don’t get is the media hype over happenings. That is pretty much just the way it is. These talking heads on TV are in on it, so they aren’t going to give us the satisfaction of live arrest footage or scandalous exposes of revelations or full panels discussing the takedown of child trafficking supply lines. They gloss over all that stuff. They make the arrest of Roger Stone a three day news story, and the arrest of Avenatti a three minute aside. You aren’t likely to get the satisfaction you want from the FAKE NEWS.

Sep 29 is the flynn hearing. It needs to conclude before Barr can go any further. Look at my comment history to understand

The FBI is a crime family just as the leadership of the DNC is a crime family.

The swamp is one big crime 'syndicate' that, once they can get thier control of presidential elections, will have complete control over the government.

It's almost over folks.

I am starting to believe this

It's just so fucking easy. They laugh at us.

Fifteen phones! Not 15 messages on 1 phone but 15 different phones! Barr seriously there is no excuse on this matter. They weighed their options before taking this step.

There is more than enough evidence for an actual CONSPIRACY at this point. The very definition of the word playing out in front of the entire world.

Show of hands; how many of you have accidentally wiped a phone? Maybe a handful. OK, it happens. I've accidentally wiped a hard drive but forgot some minor backups. Accidentally overwrote the wrong file. It happens.

OK, how many have done this 15 times for a single project?

5
TrumpOrTreason 5 points ago +5 / -0

They had time to wipe. Those phones should have been locked remotely to prevent wiping.

This is done with "MDM" Multiple Device Management.

Doesn't matter whether accident or not. Federal record retention is clear on this. Smoke.

And nothing will happen to them. In fact, they will be applauded for this and given a book deal

There is no such thing as “accidentally wiping” a phone.

4
BirthHole 4 points ago +4 / -0

Just like Hillary's drives were accidentally wiped.

And there is another example I vaguely remember, but cant pin down the exact circumstances ATM..

Take away any Gov't pensions / retirement funds they were gonna get for obstruction of justice and then put them under a prison.

I said from Day 1 that the purpose of the Mueller probe was to bury evidence

Put this in front of a jury. Let them decide whether it's accidental or not.

Patriots have a lot of clean up work to do after the election. Lots of names that need to be crossed out.

Obstruction of justice, expand the investigation and start pre-dawn raiding homes. The less we know about what happened, the more we need to dig. Do not let them hide everything, dig even deeper when they do that.

This reminds me, isn't there NSA surveillance that would have these records on file? Might wanna contact a few phone data centers to discuss sharing this.
