This has been posted multiple times today. This is a rumor "a source" and one of the Twitter links was about looting, not arson.

Nobody was charged with "Arson" which is setting PROPERTY on fire. They were charged with reckless burning. Big difference.

You are in error and you went on and on and on about ARSON. And it wasn't.. FAKE NEWS

Really? Because we already arrested 2 people in WA for arson yesterday. So much for “rumors”.

Do they have any idea of motive?

They weren't charged with arson. Arson is setting fire to PROPERTY. Nobody was arrested for arson. Totally different fact and connotation.

The 36-year old male was arrested for reckless burning and booked into the Puyallup jail.

The word "Arson" isn't anywhere in the police reports I have found. Lit dry grass in a median.

Holy semantics Batman. Sorry that the authorities didn’t let it burn long enough to destroy property to meet your definition of arson.

Arson: The crime of intentionally starting a fire in order to damage or destroy something, especially a building:

Well, you better call the police there and tell them that you have discovered they need to upgrade the charge because they didn't do it properly.

I agree with you. I consider this the same as "anonymous sources" revealing Trump did something. The main fire in Sumner/Bonney Lake was started by a transformer blowing (as per the fire chief). It was not arson. Could there be other incidences of arson? Sure, but we need to make sure we hold ourselves to a higher standard and wait for the investigation. Until then, it's just speculation.

Yes, and thank you for posting this.

No problem. If we are incorrect about some of the fires, people will discount or use to discredit other accurate things we say. I personally think some of the fires were set by antifa members, but am willing to accept I could be wrong. The video of the sheriff's deputies saying it's antifa is the strongest evidence that it's true (to me).
