This isn't accurate. The fire started in a wooded area where the power lines run through and a large portion is a gravel/sand/cement company's property. The closest road was "Myers Rd" and that was the initial name of the fire (which means it didn't start on HWY 410), but it didn't actually reach Myers Rd (according to someone who lives along it).

It spread to residential areas. If you look at the video I linked below, you can see the power line towers in the middle left of the screen at the start of the timestamp. There are homes further up the hill that aren't the origin point of the fire (that are clearly visible) and were saved from the fire.
The fire jumped HWY 410 because of high winds and then threatened homes towards the south and bottom of the hill in Sumner (they were hoping to use 410 as a firebreak). It also was threatening a housing development further south on the hillside that was evacuated. The winds pushed the fire south towards them both and the slope pushed the fire towards the houses at the top of the hill. Could it still be arson? Yes, but it's not as likely if the current information is correct (I am going off of what is currently known and that is certainly subject to change).

In addition 410 has caught on fire before, which dispels the claim "forest fires don't happen in residential neighborhoods". This is literally the exact same area that just burned.
