I'm sorry but this is someone who is unhappy with themselves, low self esteem, possibly asocial, had something tragic happen to them gender or sex related that was bad enough to scar them. So they are not happy with themselves or their gender anymore. They either have no one to understand or care about this in their life, or are being encouraged to live like this. It's very sad they could not get help. Remember, the left wants this to be tolerated and accepted or they think you are evil. Politcal Correctness is a dangerous, slippery slope
