He made a statement that on line teaching is a great idea, He said just think, just one teacher can now teach a million students algebra at a time! This is my thoughts ( and we could teach all grades and classes the same way, that would mean we'd only need 49 teachers. No more schools to maintain no more janitors, no more kitchen help no more electric or heating bills, no more teachers health care retirement or anything dealing with schools, I think they should second think going back to work this could be the new norm LOLOLOL)

Epic. Teacher's unions are being unrealistic. Let the older frail teachers work via remote. The rest need to get their asses back into those schools pronto. Dual income households NEED their kids out of there learning while the parents do a day's work.

If they aren't healthy enough to be around the kids, then they need to either be on sick leave, or taking retirement. Teachers, much like judges, tend to stick around way past their expiration date because they know they can.

A lot of them don't want to be there, but have "just a few years" to get their pension.

Lower the numbers of people looking for jobs.

Supply is too high for the demand; dual incomes necessary.

The real reason feminists wanted women to work outside the home -- one of them, anyway.
