Question, I live in California (I know, I know) and one of the things I hate about CA is the excessively litigious nature of the state. The question I have is this. CA is requiring that stores mandate and enforce that customers use masks to control the propagation of a "deadly" infectious disease (I mean it is so bad the entire globe shut down the economy so...) I think one could logically deduce that with such an infectious disease other HAZMAT and BIOHAZARD protocols should also be required. Heres the thing, when I went into Walmart and then Home Depot I couldn't find a single "Biohazard waste" or "Medical Waste" disposal bin for contaminated masks.
First lawyer to file is going to clean up with settlements. None of these companies are going to want press about their "inability to shield the public from exposure to contaminated waste while shopping"....$150K is a cheap way to make that go away.....Just saying
Good observation
