My county is over 300 square miles we have 1140 covid cases since this started and 4 deaths from 4 elderly people with known health problems. My kids were back in school for 3 days and they sent them home. There's a list of exceptions for attending school. Below is the text from email...
Starting on Monday, September 14, students in grades 4-12 will participate in online instruction. The following students will be able to attend school in person on their current schedule:
students with disabilities (K-12),
students who are English Language Learners (K-12),
students without access to the internet (K-12),
students of employees (K-12), and
all students in grades PK-3 as they are currently scheduled
So my 4th grade kid is not an English language learner? Are you fucking kidding me? Students of the School employees get to go to school too. Even if it's not a teacher job.
HOME SCHOOL.
First graders need less than 1hr book learning per day, up to 5hrs for a 12th grader.
It's worth their souls. Look up Humanism and the designers of the public school system, Mann and Dewey. Their openly-stated intent was to replace family, God, church, etc. with the State.
