I personally have doubts q is a govt insider but I still think it has been helpful to wake people up to the evil we're up against.

It is good to question, but you don't seem to be too informed about what q actually says. It is larely a problem of grifters in the community, like people who claim jfk jr is alive despite q explicitly denying this.
Was the 'internet shut down/AF1' something q said or one of the followers that the msm latched on to? If it was q, did he give a concrete timeframe? He could very well be wrong, as you suggest, but ive noticed more often than not most misconceptions are due to people conflating what q-adjacent people say with what q said.
