Seems like 9/11 anniversary is more quiet this year. Usually there would be 9/11 documentaries airing on tv for a whole month leading to 9/11. Did people forget?

Short answer is yes. People who are freshmen in college were not even born before 9/11/01. It's just like 12/7 to them. Something you read in a history chapter. If you type in 8:46 on google, you will probably get George Floyd links about the knee on his neck instead of the time it always was associated with; the time the first plane to strike the WTC.
