I've read that, it's an embarrassing attempt by a spoiled 90's suburb rebel, now in his 30's to try and sound like a well traveled man of culture. He can't even stick to what "not giving a fuck" means throughout the book and he just changes the meaning when it suits him. His closing story trying to drum up a meaningful heartfelt experience is seriously cringe. He leans heavily on the fuck word and uses it as much as possible for no reason, other than the fact that it's in the title.
