I skimmed through the movie after stealing a copy and it's not pleasant. It goes as far as it can possibly get away they tries to stop just short and in some ways this makes it worse. It's trying to get as close to being up from child porn as it can while trying to miss it just in the last moment. It takes a certain mental constitution to block it out.
Because the kids are a little into puberty they have slightly adult aspects. It's combining the two elements in a way that's almost trying to serve as a gateway. Though not measures I believe the film may be potentially dangerous in some significant portion of people toward fantasising the young.
