I'm in Spokane. Been blue skies the last few days. Only had riots that first night. Law enforcement shut that shit down.
Cold winters keep away the homeless masses.
Many people are wearing masks, the bar scene sucks, and we aren't an athletically fit city like Boulder, but this is a chill place and there are a lot of patriots here who will protect it.
It is now orange here too...
I have a friend from Bible School who lives there. Posted a black square on Instagram for BLM a few months back. Living in that half of the state just seems to program people.
I'm paying $700 for a studio after utilities + internet. Listings right now for a good one to two bedroom apartment are around $800 - $1000.
But the politics of Seattle and big tech have a lot of control of our politics. Like Governor Inslee forcing masks and threatening to destroy businesses for not complying. If he stays in office I may have to leave soon. If a civil war does erupt it will be a different story though.
