Interesting theory I came across years ago. All organized religions are governments. All except original Christianity. It was posited that Christianity was formed at the height of the Roman Empire and that Rome had been in charge for so long that no one could imagine Rome not being in charge.

We ain't gotta worry about a government because that's covered, so lets just worry about the religion side. "Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and unto God the things that are God's"
