Funny you say this.... i could bet my left arm that there are multiple cited studies that women in careers are basically unhappy. They have way more psychological problems when the prioritizing their careers over the family.

Watch some Jordan Peterson videos, he basically admits as much, that many of his female clients in high-power positions one day just decide 'fuck it' and that they want to be wives and mothers intead of the endless corporate misery.

It's unnatural. And nature always wins.

There is a study called the "paradox of declining female happiness". source

It doesn't necessarily say that women are less happy because they are working, but it does note that women have become unhappier each decade. Whether its because of them joining the workforce, giving up family, feminism, or having to embrace the burden that men usually took on is still up for debate. But it is something to take note of.

In any normal-ish life, happiness or the lack thereof all comes down to values

Bearing in mind that one doesn't screen for happiness after a job loss, divorce, major illness etc.

But otherwise, if your material needs (not wants) are met, and you aren't happy, the problem is you

Women, I believe, are more about "keeping up" than men are. Thus, it's harder for them to be happy when someone else is "ahead."

Getting back to values, a person with good ones often is still happy during/after major calamities like those listed

hope you enjoyed my dimestore psychology

No need to pay, it is already out there on the Internet.

Try searching Youtube for the videos.
