Slaves and 'savages' were simply not considered fit for voting or Government leadership in the whole. Women did not vote, nor run for office generally either.

Indians were given citizenship.
But those changes do not happen 'over night' - and only a fool would try to bend entire civilizations in that manner.
A small group Elites (from 2 countries we'd never believe were allied, I have heard, -- IDK for sure) want to steal our country and rule over the world, breed out or otherwise, white people. They are almost there. Read this, spread it, print it & pass it out, understand itk, but only a relative few Elites plan on being the pure ones, everyone else will be enslaved OR WORSE, particularly whites, according to their plan.
