Do you have a study for that? Productivity is way up in a lot of areas. I'm saving 2 hours a day commuting. Even if my productivity during work stays the same my quality of life has gotten better because I'm able to spend more time with my family instead of on the road. I'm a much happier employee and easier to work with now.
