That's a company policy issue, not a Covid issue. Trump wants companies to be free, it's then up to you to work something out with your company for remote work/time off, etc...
It’s not viable at all, productivity down over 50% in some cases. This is very important. We need to stop being afraid of meeting in person again, whether for work, school or entertainment. Going back to the office is a start.

Well thank covid for forcing all companies to realize remote work is entirely viable.
