The 9/11 museum in NYC. I've been there and have a lanyard i have on my keys right now. If you can make it through that whole exhibit without either getting incredibly sad, angry, or both, you have an iron heart. They have alllllllllll kinds of memorialized pieces there of debris they recovered.
Dust covered and mangled remains of what was left. Seeing children's clothes.... mangled fire fighter helmets, random "desk stuff" from the people that died...
If you've never been, and get the chance. that museum is worth it.

I thought this was the display at the Albany New York State Museum. That has a similar fire truck on display or maybe they rotate this same one?
