In Magnus' tweet he says, "I have nominated the US Gov. and the governments of Kosovo and Serbia..." and if you read the actual citation is says "Det ar darfor otroligt gladjande att se att President Donald Trump och hans administration tillsammans med Kosovos och...". In english this means, "It is therefore incredibly gratifying to see that President Donald Trump and his administration, along with Kosovo and..." - so he names Donald Trump personally in the actual nomination. He probably didn't want to trigger people with his tweet. ;-)
