Whenever the buses aren't running the traffic is so much better in Nova. They should just circle the parking lots of schools.

Some places have buses doing actual work- mobile hotspots for children who don't have internet at home. This whole thing is bananas and they should just open the schools.

It's the same in San Antonio. When busses aren't running, there's hardly any traffic.
