$3 Trillion if funding a space program to start Space manufacturing would last at least 30 years at $100 Billion a year. To get that all started and done would take only $1 Trillion at about $50 years, or $20 Billion a year.
That would at least payback with exponential gains.
This, though, is like adding $500k to each person which gets passed onto their children with the already existing debt of 100k.
