Have any improvements been made for high rises in terms of fire safety? Making firefighters climb so many flights of stairs not only means less time to fight the fire as people die, but also they will be completely worn out when getting there.
Or do firefighters still need to climb stairs when going up a tall building to fight a fire? Most buildings disable elevators as soon as there is a fire.
