I remember having to go to work that day and sell tourism packages and act all happy, like nobody should think twice about getting on an airplane for leisure travel.

I did it all right, I made sales on the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th. Woo fucking hoo. I had a job to do, and you just have to do the job no matter what, no excuses, like a machine. Some people didn't even show up. But boy that was some of the toughest work my ass will ever do, no question.
