No, they don't. That's a myth. One that was busted years ago. As soon as cabin starts venting, pilots know and will descend to safe altitude. Plus a bullet hole will not vent it that quickly. Hell watch the old mythbusters episode. it took a shaped charge blowing out the window frame for a serious reaction.
