It started, or rather got a toehold that's never been dislodged, in 1913. All of it.
It was voted in while Congress was supposed to be on Christmas break. Possibly only one Congress critter knew what was involved and was in on the profit from the scheme of creating the Fed.
That's the definition of malice and conspiracy, and explains the evil flowing from it since. This didn't happen by incompetence on the part of the perpetrators, neither was their self-interest short sighted. The purpose was to bring the US population to our knees economically, so that we'd forfeit everything this Nation ever stood for in exchange for some gibs. Preferably without a single shot being fired.
