Goals: all of the above, depending on which sub-group of dirtbags you belong to, but centrally it's always control. Look how quickly our freedoms were taken, still not returned. Covered up billions stolen through defense, military, started profitable new wars, created new govt orgs and got people in positions of power, made some groups rich/richer, etc.

Remember that the dirtbags are in competing groups, not united centrally. They all prey on the world, they all think they're above regular folk, but they are still jockeying between themselves for position, wealth, power. GWB was on one side, Clintons on another, Romney, Schumer, McStain, Pelosi, etc all have their groups.
