Kind of hard to blame the president when your governor is who was responsible for your loved ones death in most cases. In the state I am in it was the governor that kept telling us what they were doing and why they were doing it, not the president. I think most understand that premise. That it was handled at a state level. You will see dems make that claim because it is the best they can come up with. They think if they say it enough it makes it true. When you counter with the fact it was their governor that made choices they usually shut up.
