I have a job, somewhere to live and food to eat and relative comfort and safety (in my own home at least. I haven't been stabbed or shot simply for being white though I do experience a lot of racial discrimination and mistreatment, or metoo-ed simply for being a man though most women have treated me like shit and one even tried to spread stalking rumors abojt me (guess it's not the nice guys who finish last but the good ones), and by the grace of God I haven't totally given up on humanity even though I often want to. I'm still kind to others even when they mistreat me, best I can anyhow. I have video games to pass the time, a decent computer to do my 3D hobby stuff on, a guitar and way to play it, and two family members who love me and have given up so much to help me follow my dreams even though I failed and can't find a job in my field...and continue to sacrifice for me as I do for the. so the three of us can live.
Thank you God that I can remember good things in my life when so much seems to be wrong.
I feel ya. I haven't had friends for around 6 years. I used to feel really down, had horrible social anxiety, and lacked self-confidence but life gets much better once you begin to truly feel gratitude for the good in life. We just gotta keep on going. Also, it doesn't hurt to ask God for help when you feel like you really need it.
