I watched Daily show for 10 years. From Bush through to Obama, till the end

It gotten way worse during Obama era. Final straws for me were Sarkeesian episodes for TDS and Colbert. Simply because they came for the gamers - the most docile peope on planet - made me rethink the media

Like for many, Gamergate was the straw that broke the camels back and made people realise the bullshit MSM peddled

The Daily Show acronym is quite amusing

It sucked once Craig Kilborn (sp?) left.

True. Good with Jon Stewart for a few years, but basically once it became a hyper partisan it started to suck. You leave a LOT of good material on the table when you only pick on one side.

Bush bashing was quite the intoxicant by 2003 or so.

the Kilborn version was mostly Clinton bashing as I recall. Also way less political in general
